About me
"I am passionate about creating authentic connections between people and the land as a pathway to fostering health and wellbeing. I live, work, and play on the traditional territory of the Mi'kmaq and Beotuk. I am proud to be a Nêhiyaw-iskwêw, with heritage from Kahkewistahaw First Nation, Treaty 4, and Western Newfoundland.
I am committed to creating spaces where people can nurture personal relationships with the Land, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. My background in Psychology, and certifications as an Early Childhood Educator IV, Forest and Nature School Practitioner, Yoga Teacher (CYT500), and Forest Therapy Guide, help me integrate a holistic and mindful philosophy into my practice and facilitation style.
I enjoy walking barefoot in the forest with my partner and our three dogs, foraging seasonally, gardening, and cooking—practices rooted in deep gratitude for family, nature, and community."
