About me
Ellorie McKnight (PhD) (she/her) is a climate change researcher and educator. She currently works as Yukon University's Outreach Climatologist providing climate change education support to a variety of audiences including educators and students across the Yukon. Ellorie holds a degree in Environmental Studies and Biology from the University of Ottawa as well as a PhD in Ecology & Climate Science from the University of Alberta, and has extensive teaching experience in outdoor, experiential and environmental learning. In her practice, Ellorie emphasizes reflection, awareness, and solutions using a systems-thinking approach grounded in circular and sustainable worldviews.
