About me
Crystal Roberts is a bilingual educator in New Brunswick who is passionate about experiential learning and taking the curriculum outdoors. During her work supporting K-12 experiential learning opportunities over the last 5 years, she has been pursuing her Masters of Education degree in Outdoor Learning- Admin and Policy at St Francis Xavier University. Crystal is a seasoned facilitator, having presented at conferences in tourism, business development, education, and more. She is a Project WILD and Project WET certified facilitator and has won the National Educator award from Canadian Wildlife Federation. She is currently part of a team in NB who are working to bring outdoor learning and movement into every classroom. Crystal enjoys camping in all seasons with her family, and has a passion for gardening and growing throughout the summer. Some of the things Crystal thinks are especially important in education are to connect to community and to dream big.
