Outdoor Learning Conference 2025

Join Megan to review effective and efficient literacy routines that build supportive relationships with people, place and Indigenous ways of knowing. Megan will build on participant experiences and expertise to consider how slow pedagogies, alongside pedagogies of place and play, can support structured literacy. Finally, we will reflect on our role as teachers when provisioning and curating texts, resources, and loose parts that support playful literacy outdoors. This workshop will be interactive and engaging for all participants, however this session will be best suited for school teachers with classroom experience teaching Language Arts K-7.
